Rules to remember

• The four question types have separate learning, exams, and qualifications.
• Only correct answers on different practice questions count toward learning progress.
• You must pass a type exam before claiming or starting production tasks of that type.
• Watch the video first, save your draft, then submit to the next stage.
• If something is unclear, unreadable, or cannot play, do not guess. Record the task ID and contact support.
