Save, submit, and feedback

Save

Answers autosave and can also be saved with Save. Wait for the confirmation or for the error to clear before leaving. On an unstable network, do not switch tasks while a save is pending.

Submit

After watching the video, completing required fields, and checking the requested format, click Submit to next stage. Submission changes the task state; it is different from saving a draft.

Returned work

Read the reason in Logs or Versions. Revise the current version, save, and submit again. Do not edit the prompt, task ID, or system fields.

Reporting an error

Record the task ID, batch, page, time, action, and message. Mask passwords and sensitive data in screenshots before sending them to support.
